These terms are between Hitch Intelligence LLC, doing business as HitchAI ("HitchAI", "we") and the company that subscribes to HitchAI ("your company") and each person your company lets use it ("you"). By signing in, you accept them on your own behalf, and your company accepts them when it takes a licence. If your company has a signed order or agreement with us, that document wins where it differs from this page.

What HitchAI is

HitchAI is a federal-market intelligence product: budget, contracts, opportunities and the intelligence around them, on a website, by email, and through a connector for AI assistants (the hosted MCP server at mcp.hitchintel.com). It is built from public government records and our own analysis of them.

Licence and seats

• Your company's licence has a term and a number of seats. A seat is for one named person at your company; it is not shared. Your company's admin seats and unseats people.
• Everything in HitchAI is for signed-in, licensed users. There is no free or anonymous version of the product, and access to the connector is part of a company licence.
• When the term ends and is not renewed, access closes for everyone at the company, including any AI assistant connected on their behalf.

The AI connector

• You may connect an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or another MCP client) to HitchAI. It then reads HitchAI as you, read-only, within your company's plan and daily limits. You are responsible for what you do with an assistant you connected, and for disconnecting it when you no longer want it to act for you.
• Your company may ask us to revoke a connection at any time. We may suspend a connection that is being abused or that endangers the service.
• The assistant's provider is not our partner or agent. What it does with your conversation is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not ours.

What you may not do

• Share a seat, a password, an API key or a connected assistant with anyone else, or let anyone outside your company use HitchAI through you.
• Copy, scrape, bulk-export, resell or republish HitchAI's data or analysis, or build a competing product or dataset from it. Using what you learn in your own business — in a bid, a brief, a board deck — is exactly what it is for.
• Get around a limit, a gate, a licence check or a security measure, or probe the service for weaknesses without our written agreement. (If you find a vulnerability, tell us: kevin@hitchintel.com.)
• Use HitchAI for anything unlawful, or to harass, defame or discriminate.

Your content

What you put into HitchAI — markets, watches, pursuits, notes, uploaded files, questions — stays yours. You give us the right to store and process it to run the product for you and your team, as the privacy policy describes. We do not use it to train AI models.

The data, and what we promise about it

HitchAI's data comes from public government sources — SAM.gov, USAspending, the Federal Register, Congress, GAO, OMB, the DoD comptroller and others — plus our own joins and analysis. Those sources are late, inconsistent and sometimes wrong, and so, sometimes, is what we derive from them. We work to make HitchAI accurate and current, and we say on each surface what it covers and when it was built, but we do not warrant that any figure, deadline, award or analysis is complete, accurate or fit for a particular decision. Check the primary source before you bid, sign or spend on the strength of it.

Fees

Fees are as quoted to your company and are due as invoiced or, for card subscriptions, as charged. Fees are not refundable except where we fail to provide the service for a sustained period and have not fixed it after notice, or where the law says otherwise.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep HitchAI available around the clock and to tell you about planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We improve the product continuously, which means features, data domains and connector tools change; we announce changes that matter on the What's new page and in the product.

Ending the agreement

Your company may end its licence at the end of its term. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where continuing would be unlawful or unsafe, telling you why where we can. On ending, you stop using HitchAI and we handle your data as the privacy policy says.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: HitchAI is provided "as is"; we are not liable for lost profits, lost bids, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to your company for everything arising from HitchAI in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees your company paid us for that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Other terms

• These terms, the privacy policy and any signed order are the whole agreement between us about HitchAI.
• If one part of these terms is unenforceable the rest still stands.
• We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with the date above and tell your company's admin about any change that matters. Continuing to use HitchAI after that is acceptance.
